Gil Beverly Joins The ACM As EVP/Chief Business Officer

NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — The Academy of Country Music expanded its current leadership team with the addition of Gil Beverly, who has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer.

In his new role at the ACM, Beverly will oversee business operations and the company’s revenue stream while helping to refine the Academy’s growth strategy. He will collaborate the CEO to oversee and manage staff, all while supporting the Academy’s mission of connecting the industry, artists, and fans.

Beverly joins the ACM with significant experience in leadership roles in the sports and entertainment world. He most recently served as Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer for the NFL franchise, he Tennessee Titans, where he oversaw four successive years of record revenues across corporate partnerships and ticket sales while expanding the brand through lifestyle marketing and activations tied to music, fashion, art, and fitness along with advertising and social media campaigns.

Before joining the Titans, Beverly served as Vice President of Partnership Solutions at Learfield Sports in Plano, Texas, and also spent more than a decade at ESPN, where he took point on the go-to-market strategy for multimedia sales and sponsorships for the launch of the College Football Playoff as Vice President of College Sports Marketing.

A native of Evanston, Illinois, Beverly graduated from the undergraduate division of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania before securing his MBA at the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon.
