BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — CBS2 has obtained the criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause for Majorjon Kaylor. Majorjon is suspected of killing four people who lived next to him in Kellogg, Idaho.
The affidavit contains sworn statements from arresting officers and investigators who arrived on the scene. They describe responding to a 911 call of multiple fired shots. First responding officers arrived to find Majorjon standing outside the residence in the street, where he told officers he shot and killed his neighbors.
Investigators described finding four victims, Kenneth Guardipee (65), Kenna Guardipee (41), Devin Smith (18), and Aiken Smith (16). The victims lived in a ground-level apartment below where Majorjon lived with his wife and children.
Police say four victims were found shot in the head from close range. Documents reveal the suspect's wife, Kaylie Kaylor, described witnessing Devin Smith fondling himself through a window in front of her and her juvenile daughters.
According to the affidavit, Majorjon and Kylie had an altercation with Kenna Guardipee, Devin's mother, about the incident. Kaylie told investigators they were both afraid of the lack of response from Guardipee about the incident and did not believe she took their concerns seriously.
Majorjon told investigators he "snapped," "lost it," and "did something about it." Kaylie told investigators that before police arrived, Majorjon handed her his phone, wallet and keys and asked her to inform their children he protected them. He then placed a loaded .45 MM handgun in a holster in the front seat of his pickup and waited for the police.
