celebrate fall by helping rake-up Nampa

NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) - It's the time of year when leaves begin to fall. The City of Nampa is looking Nampa residents who need help and volunteers who are willing to help those in need. Rake-up Nampa is taking place Saturday, November 12th.

NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) - It's the time of year when leaves begin to fall. The City of Nampa is looking Nampa residents who need help and volunteers who are willing to help those in need.

Rake-up Nampa is taking place Saturday, November 12th.

There will be a kick-off party in the parking lot near the Nampa Train Dept.

Team leaders can pick-up supplies and volunteers can enjoy breakfast together.

Teams are usually done raking by 11am.

Rakes are available as-needed and leaf bags are provided.

To apply for help, you need to be at least 60 years-old or disabled and live in the city of Nampa.

Volunteer teams should have at least eight people. Each team needs to have a leader.
